Ans: You need to follow some easy steps to place an order on site. Register/Login>Choose a product>Add to Cart>Continue shopping>Choose Shipping info>Choose Delivery option> Payment confirmation>Order confirmation.

6. How do make payments for the products I have bought?

Ans: You can easily make payment by selecting an option such as Visa/Master Card, American Express Card, bkash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL Nexus, Sure cash, Upay, Q cash, etc.

7. Do you allow Cash on Delivery (COD) for products that I have bought?
Ans: No, the COD facility is available at the praniSheba Shop at this moment. We have a plan to introduce it in the future.

Ans: We deliver from 8 am to 10 pm every day at your place.

9. How do you deliver the products?

Ans: We use local renowned courier companies to deliver the products to your place on time. 

10. How much is your delivery charge? 

               Ans: It depends on product weight, category, and inside-outside of Dhaka.

11. How do I know when my order is arriving at my address?

              Ans: The courier representative will call you as soon as they are at your place to let you know about your delivery.

              Ans: We try to deliver products within 24 -72 hours considering inside and outside of Dhaka.

              Ans: We are currently serving inside and outside of Dhaka depending on the product category.

Ans: We have deals with manufacturers, importers, and livestock farmers. We only sell authentic products.
